President, Chief Executive Officer and Director
George Fink has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Comaplex Minerals Corp since 1994. Mr. Fink’s career spans 40 years, primarily in the natural resource sectors, and he is also the CEO and Chairman of the Board of Bonterra Oil and Gas Ltd. and the President and CEO of Pine Cliff Energy Ltd., all public companies that trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Mr. Fink previously worked for Shaw Pipe Industries, Ranger Oil Ltd., Comaplex Resources International Ltd. and Comstate Resources Ltd. before starting Comaplex Minerals Corp (a spinoff from Comstate).
Mr. Fink sits on the Board of Directors of the Small Explorers and Producers Association of Canada (SEPAC) and has formerly served on the Board of Governors of the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers (CAPP). Mr. Fink holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan and has received his designation as a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta.

Gary J. Drummond is a lawyer and has been a Director of Comaplex since August, 1999. Mr. Drummond is currently a director of several entities including Bonterra Oil & Gas Ltd., Pine Cliff Energy Ltd., Terra Grain Fuels, a Trustee of Heating Oil Partners Income Fund and Universal Energy Group.

Carl R. Jonsson has been a Director of Comaplex since June, 1987. He is a lawyer and Principal with the Vancouver Law firm of Tupper, Jonsson & Yeadon. Mr. Jonsson is also a Director of Bonterra Oil & Gas Ltd., Pine Cliff Energy Ltd., Caledonia Mining Corp., Comet Industries Ltd., Astorius Resources Ltd., Armadillo Resources Ltd., Acrex Ventures Ltd., Dolly Varden Resources Inc., Alder Resources Ltd. and Cayenne Gold Mines Ltd.

F. William Woodward is a private investor and has been a Director of Comaplex since June, 1987. Mr. Woodward is also a Director of Bonterra Oil & Gas Ltd. and Pine Cliff Energy Ltd and was previously also a Director of Comaplex Resources International Ltd.
