Bbl - one barrel consisting of 34.972 Imperial gallons or 42 U.S. gallons.
BOE - barrel of oil equivalent. For this purpose natural gas is converted on the basis of 10 MCF to 1 barrel of oil equivalent.
BOPD - barrels of oil per day.

deposit - a mineralized body which has been physically delineated by sufficient drilling, trenching, and/or underground work, and found to contain a sufficient average grade of metal or metals to warrant further exploration and/or development expenditures. Such a deposit does not qualify as a commercially mineable ore body or as containing ore reserves, until final legal, and economic factors have been resolved.

gross acres - the total number of acres in which the Company holds a working interest or right to earn a working interest.
gross wells - the total number of wells in which the Company has a working interest.
indicated resources or probable resources - that material for which tonnage and grade are computed partly from specific measurements, samples or production data and partly from projection for a reasonable distance on geological evidence and for which the sites available for inspection, measurement and sampling are too widely or otherwise inappropriately spaced to outline the material completely or to establish its grade throughout.
inferred resources or possible resources - that material for which quantitative estimates are based largely on broad knowledge of the geological character of the deposit and for which there are few samples or measurements and for which the estimates are based on an assumed continuity or repetition for which there are reasonable geological indications, which indications may include comparison with deposits of similar type and bodies that are completely concealed may be included if there is specific evidence of their presence.

MMCF - 1,000,000 cubic feet.
mineralization - a natural aggregate of one or more metallic minerals.
NGL's - natural gas liquids.
net acres refers to gross acres multiplied by the percentage working interest therein owned or to be owned by the Company.
net wells refers to gross wells multiplied by the percentage working interest therein owned or to be owned by the Company.
ore - a natural aggregate of one or more minerals which, at a specified time and place, may be mined and sold at a profit or from which some part may be profitably separated.
oz/ton - troy ounces per short ton.
Pb - lead.
TSE - The Toronto Stock Exchange.
working interest - the interest held by the Company in a mineral property or oil and gas property, which interest normally bears its proportionate share of the costs of exploration, development, and operations as well as any royalties or other production burdens.
Zn - Zinc.
